Process of the Project
In the fall semester, 6th-grade STEAM students will embark on an exciting project that integrates technology skills with core subjects and public speaking. They will explore the driving question: "How can you survive in a particular biome using Neolithic survival skills?" This project encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration as they uncover the secrets of ancient survival techniques.

Restaurant Project- Spring Semester

Process of the Project
Welcome to our exciting project where second semester students dive into a vibrant cultural tour of diverse cuisines. Applying project-based management skills, they will design and create an authentic restaurant in San Pedro, focusing on all aspects of culture and cuisine. Students will bring their innovative ideas to life through 2D and 3D modeling, culminating in a presentation of their final product to the community in front of a live audience. Join us in celebrating their creativity and hard work

3D CAD Designs
At Dana STEAM, students unleash their creativity by designing and building models in Sketchup for Schools. Using skills from their technology elective, they construct scaled models that reinforce design principles. This hands-on approach integrates seamlessly into our curriculum, enhancing the engineering component of our comprehensive STEAM program.
